How I work
I take on both short engagements and long-term work. Some clients need a few weeks of architecture review. Others need someone embedded in their team for months. Both are fine.
System design, technical strategy, choosing the right stack. I do this before anyone writes a line of code, or to untangle something that already exists.
I write production code. Laravel, Vue, APIs, search systems — whatever the project calls for. I ship working software, not just recommendations.
Code review, mentoring developers, fractional CTO work. I help teams get better at making technical decisions on their own.
I work remotely across time zones. Communication is async-first — clear written updates, calls when they're useful. No standups for the sake of standups.
About
I live in the Swedish archipelago with my girlfriend and our three kids. I work remotely with companies across Europe and beyond.
Fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English. Direct, calm, and I prefer getting things done over talking about getting things done.
